We’re Hannah and Kristen, a mother + daughter team who somehow turned planning one wedding together into wanting to help with everyone else’s.

From Her Hands really started while planning my own wedding. I’ve always been someone who wants to have my hands in every detail, so naturally I had A LOT of ideas and wanted to do so much of it myself. Thankfully, my mom is the exact same way.

She was right there with me through all of it. She helped me pick out décor and figure out what actually worked together, handled all of our linens, and even arranged our flowers herself. We planned, created, decorated, coordinated, collected way too much décor, and brought all of those little details together ourselves.

Somewhere in the middle of all of it, we realized how much we loved doing it together—and that we actually made a pretty great team.

When we started talking about turning that into something more, I knew I wanted the name to actually mean something to us.

I’m quite literally made from my mom. Her hands are the ones that raised me, taught me, and helped shape so much of who I am. Then, when it came time for my wedding, hers were the hands right next to mine helping turn everything I had pictured into something real.

So, From Her Hands just made sense.

Now, we want to be those hands for you.

We know there are people like us who genuinely LOVE planning their own events. You have the Pinterest boards, you care about the little details, you want to create things yourself, and you actually want to be involved in the process. We don’t think needing a little help means you should have to hand all of that over.

You can plan it, create it, collect it, and make it completely yours. Then, when you’re ready, you hand it over to us.

From your hands to ours, we’ll help bring all of those details together so when the day finally comes, you can actually enjoy everything you worked so hard to create.
