You’ve done the planning. Now, hand it over to us.
Her Hands is designed for the bride who wants to plan her own wedding but doesn’t want to spend the weeks leading up to it answering vendor questions—or have herself, her mom, or her wedding party setting up and keeping everything on schedule the day of.
We’ll get to know your plans and vision, then step in during the final month to organize the details, communicate with your vendors, create your timeline, and make sure everything you’ve planned actually comes together.
Her Hands includes:
Initial consultation to go over your wedding, style, plans, and overall vision
Month-of communication beginning 30 days before your wedding
Vendor communication and final confirmations
Venue walkthrough approximately three weeks before your wedding
Creation of your customized wedding-day timeline
Coordination and distribution of timeline details with vendors
Rehearsal coordination
Wedding-day coordination
Primary point of contact for vendors on wedding day
Ceremony and reception timeline management
Setup of your personal décor according to your plans
Placement of centerpieces, candles, signage, guest book, favors, table numbers and other personal details
Basic décor transitions throughout the event

Not every event needs a full wedding-sized package, but that doesn’t mean you want to spend the whole party setting up tables, answering questions, checking the timeline, or cleaning everything up at the end.
In Good Hands is for showers, birthdays, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, graduation parties, and all the other celebrations you’ve put time into planning. You handle as much of the planning and creating as you want, then bring us in to help with the rest.

THE HELPING HAND
WEDDING COORDINATION | DESIGN & STYLING

You know what you like—you just need some help figuring out how to pull all of it together.
The Helping Hand includes everything in our Her Hands coordination package, with additional design and styling support along the way.
This is for the bride who still wants to be hands-on with her wedding but would like someone beside her to help narrow down the ideas, make design decisions, determine what she actually needs, and turn all of those saved inspiration photos into something that works for her real venue and budget.
Your first design meeting:
We’ll sit down together and go through your overall vision, Pinterest inspiration, colors, tablescapes, florals, linens, candles, signage and other décor details.
We’ll also look at what you already own or plan to create yourself, what you still need, and where rentals may make more sense than purchasing something you'll only use once.
Your second design meeting:
After your design meeting with your venue, we’ll meet again to take those ideas and start putting together the actual details.
Using your venue layout, photos and event information, we’ll create décor mockups and styling concepts so you can actually see how the different pieces will work together before the wedding.
We’ll send everything back to you for approval and make adjustments as needed before finalizing your setup plan.
You'll also receive your final venue walkthrough, rehearsal coordination, month-of communication, custom timeline, wedding-day coordination, setup and teardown included with Her Hands.
Décor and rental items are not included in the package price. You can use pieces you already own, source items yourself, or choose from our rental collection.

You shouldn't have to buy 50 vases, dozens of candles or an entire set of linens just to use them once.
Our collection allows you to add only the pieces you need to either coordination package. We'll bring our rented pieces with us, incorporate them into your setup and take them with us at the end of the night.

Pricing is based on style, size, quantity, and installation needs.
Additional Event Assistant — Starting at $300
Events with 200+ guests, multiple locations, extensive décor setup, room flips, or other complex logistics may require an additional event assistant. Any required additional support will be discussed with you ahead of time and included in your proposal.
Rental availability, styles, colors, and quantities may vary. A custom rental proposal will be created based on your event and the pieces you select.
How it works
You don’t have to hand over your entire event to get a little help. Here’s what working with us looks like, from the first hello to the final detail.
1. LET’S CHAT
Reach out and tell us what you’re planning! We’ll set up a time to chat about your event, your vision, what you already have in mind, and where you could use our help.
2. SAVE YOUR DATE
Once we decide we’re a good fit, we’ll send over your contract and deposit. Once those are complete, your date is officially on our calendar!
3. PLAN + CREATE
This is the fun part! You keep planning and creating the event you have in mind, and we’ll be there based on the level of support you choose. When the time comes, you hand the details over to us.
4. WE’VE GOT IT FROM HERE
We’ll pull together the final details, timeline, vendors, setup, and everything happening behind the scenes. When your day arrives, it’s in our hands so you can enjoy everything you worked so hard to create.
